It might be part way through October now, but better late than never is something I stand by! September was a very busy month and I tried and tested a bunch of new products and finished some old faithfuls!
Lush Pumpkin Bath Bomb – a very appropriafe bath bomb to use ! It smelt like the ‘manufactured’ pumpkin scent (aka not like bathing in pumpkin soup) and turned my bath an odd yellow colour – it was interesting for sure!
Bioderma Micelle Solution for Dehydrated/Sensitive Skin – I’m a huge fan of this version of the Bioderma micellar water & will definitely repurchase when I’ve used up more of my stash!
Biology Body Lotion – a little hotel amenity, this gave me two uses and I didn’t mind it – I wish it’d stretched further though.
Neutrogena Night Calming Makeup Remover Towelettes* – I found these ones slightly drier than my usual blue version, but still did a good job at getting most of my makeup off my skin of an evening.
Swisspers Make-Up Pads – I picked these up from the supermarket when running low on my Kmart ones – I actually really loved the thickness of these and it’s definitely something I’ll buy when I find them on special – way more pricey than my old faithful Kmart ones!
Kmart Makeup Remover Pads – we all know my feelings on these!
Hello Hair Hydrating Mask* – I used to love these coconut oil masks but I just find they don’t really do a whole lot for my hair anymore other than make it feel very dry on the second day after use. This brand was my favourite though for sure.
Keune Vital Nutrition Masque* – this guy however did wonders for my hair! I’ve never found a mask that I’ve loved so much from the initial use and I definitely need to get my hands on more immediately!
Pro-Voke Touch of Silver Shampoo – I found that this didn’t really do a whole lot for me.
Paul Mitchell Forever Blonde Shampoo – my fried and true favourite everyday Blonde Shampoo, I’m already using more!
Caolion Pore Strip* – sadly this didn’t do anything for my skin – i found it very hard to stick to my skin and it didn’t draw anything out – sad because I’ve tried other Caolion products that worked incredibly well!
Antipodes Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream – this eye cream lasted such a long time! I found it really Hydrating under the eyes and really helped my fine lines. Something I’ll repurchase in the future.
Antipodes Manuka Honey Mask*- I’ve had this open for over a year and sadly it’s now run its course – I used this as a Hydrating Moisturiser whenever I had any breakouts and really enjoyed it!
Benefit Moisturiser– I swear I’ve had this miniature forever! It’s a really nice and gentle Moisturiser that I’d love to get my hands on again in the future.
Biore Deep Cleaning Pore Strips– I definitely prefer the Charcoal and the Ultra Deep versions of these!
Mecca Max Oh My Matte Primer – I loved the sample & have since purchased the full size!
GlamGlow Super Mud – I picked up a sample whilst in Brisbane recently due to breakouts – you guys know I love this!
Tarte Lights Camera Lashes Mascara – another product I’ve used multiple of, love and will repurchase!
Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara – I really enjoyed this little sample mascara! It’s been years since I used a Mac mascara and I definitely now want to try more!
Rimmel Oh My Gloss!– I loved this gloss but sadly went to use it recently and found the formula had separated – I will repurchase in the future.
ModelCo Fat Lash Mascara – I used to be obsessed with this mascara and opened this one recently and found I definitely don’t like it anymore – this one clumped my lashes together and flakes off during the day which I was quite sad about!
Wet n Wild Lash Renegade Mascara – I picked this up due to a tonne of hype a while back, but again I just didn’t like it – too wet, didn’t do much for my lashes and was quite flaky !
That’s everything from September! Again a bit of variety – I definitely want to focus on using more products in October, my bathroom and office are overloaded!
