Happy Monday again guys!
I’m back to reality post-cruise. Which isn’t really too much fun! The cruise was great, something I’m definitely wanting to share details of in a blog post once I catch up on all of the beauty posts I want to do! Back at work, uni starts this week… It’s a busy busy time!
Uni starts back this week! Technically, semester starts next Monday, however I’ve got an orientation session that I need to attend this Wednesday, so I’m counting it as starting this week! I’m nervous but excited – this year will be much more creative than I’ve been previously and I have only assignments – no exams this semester! Which is both a blessing and a curse honestly. I’m looking forward to finally be studying exactly what I want to, and to propel myself into graduating with great marks and hopefully a relevant job in the industry!
I’m also joining a new gym Wednesday. Post cruise, I got home and weighed myself and honestly, I’ve never felt worse about myself. My nutrition is poor, my attitude to exercise isn’t great and I’m at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been and I honestly still don’t even know how to feel about it. I’ve kicked my butt into gear with preparing healthy lunches and meals for the week in advance, and I’ve got my gym and work/uni schedule down pat already – and I’m not even a member with that gym yet! I’m really looking forward to finally getting back into things, I can’t wait to feel better about myself and I’ve got goals that I’m suddenly so motivated to reach – cross your fingers and send your thoughts my way! And someone remind me to buy some magnesium – I think I’m going to need it by the bucket!
Hair update. Last Monday Musings post (linked here if you haven’t seen it) I mentioned that I was getting my hair done that week – well I had it done, and I loove it! I’m going to be sharing the before and after on Instagram very soon because I am so obsessed with it! It’s shorter than I’ve had it in years and I’ve never been happier with the colour!
That’s it for me this week! I’ll be hopefully be snapping as much as I can of the weeks ahead! This week’s content is slightly uni themed, with some posts that have been requested so I hope you all love what’s coming!
