Welcome to the second Christmas Gift Guide for 2018! Today I’m sharing with you some more incredible products that don’t necessarily fit into the beauty category – but some that do. Think beauty tools, lifestyle essentials, customisable products… aka everything else!
Sweater Club – Sweater Club has absolutely become an addiction of mine since I discovered it earlier this year. Colbee and Elton (her dog!) have a gorgeous business with customisable tshirts, hoodies and everything in between. I have picked up multiple gifts for friends and family from Sweater Club this year – including this customised Santa Hat for my bestie’s little boy. Affordable prices, fast service & shipping I couldn’t recommend this small Australian business any higher !
Customisable Products – this year more than ever I’m noticing more customisable Christmas gifts available both in traditional retail and online. In-store my top picks would be Big W’s Malteser buckets (yum!!) and Myer’s Toblerone. Online we have everything from Cotton On’s Oreo Tin to necklaces from Francesca. A customised gift is always such a blessing to receive because you know that thought and effort went into creating something unique for you.
Raww Cosmetics has been a favourite brand of mine for some time now and they have released some fun new products right in time for the festive season. The Refresh-Me Coconut Water Body Spritzer Duos* ($19.99) contain two lightly scented body spritzers that are the perfect cooldown for summer. Think a facial mist but for the body – and scented!
Real Techniques do some of my favourite brushes of all time, and their Enhance Eye Set* ($45) makes a wonderful gift with some of their best-selling eye brushes and a limited edition brush cup – perfect for display!
The Tweexy* ($16.99) is a unique beauty invention solving the issue of never having a solid surface for nail polish – simply pop it over two fingers and it is guaranteed to fit any sized nail polish bottle.
I recently purchased some of the Peach Builder Co Peach Builder Bands ($70NZD, ships to Australia) for my workouts and have come to realise that they make the most perfect gift! For Christmas they have a limited edition set with a pink bag which is super cute – but these make an awesome gift for the fitness junkie in your life because glute bands are so versatile for activation, warmups and workouts.
Palm Beach Collection are one of my favourite candle brands and have been for some time now. They have some beautiful limited edition releases for this holiday season and my picks are the Summer Bellini Mini Candle & Diffuser Set* ($29.95), the Winter Pine Christmas Mini Triangle Pack* ($16.95) and the Christmas Advent Calendar Gift Pack ($79.95, not pictured).
Thanks to the Mecca PR team I was recently introduced to Kitsch Hair Accessories and I couldn’t be more impressed. They have some absolutely gorgeous but completely practical hair accessories that make the perfect gift for any occasion – and the perfect little stocking stuffer sized gift for Christmas. My top recommendations are the Metallic Hair Scrunchies* ($17) and the Metal Double Bead Hair Tie*($17).
A fun product for any age (but designed with children in mind) are the Scent Republic Scent Stix* ($9). They come in three scents (my favourite is Chill, designed for calm and stress relief) and are designed like washboard markers to be drawn on. I quite like this one but think these are perfect for any age.
The This Works Sleep Tight Ornament* ($25) contains three miniature sizes of some of their cult sleep enhancing and stress relieving products. I am actually allergic (on my face, somehow – who knows!) to one of their key ingredients but I have used these before and they work magic. A wonderful gift for the busy person in your life to allow them a moment to chill!
Facial Rollers are becoming such a trend in the beauty community for rolling and smoothing tired and puffy skin. While I haven’t tried it enough to form an opinion myself, why not gift the latest trend? I personally have the Sportsgirl Rose Quartz Facial Roller and it is very cooling and feels beautiful on the skin.
Another awesome product from Raww Cosmetics are their Triple Scented Soy Blend Candles* ($24.99). The price tag is so incredibly reasonable for the size and the scent – my room immediately was awash with the Coconut & Lime scent of my candle – it smells like a tropical heaven. My one wish is that it had an additional wick but that doesn’t make much of a difference. I highly recommend these as a super fragrant gift.
The Alien Flora Futura* ($115) is a higher end but absolutely beautiful fragrance offering from Mugler and perfect for gifting this Christmas season. With a futuristic pink bottle, this gorgeous lightly floral scent is sure to be a winner.
My best suggestion for a designer present this Christmas would have to be the Louis Vuitton Key Pouch. I own this personally and gifted it to my best friend last year and it truly is a gorgeous gift. Attached to your keys, with your keys inside, used as a miniature wallet, keeping in small headphones and essentials… it’s tiny, but the uses are endless.
The Moschino Pink Fresh Couture EDT* ($125) I am almost tempted to gift my grandmother or my mother as a ‘joke’ because of the fun ‘Spray and Wipe’ styled bottle. I can’t begin to describe this scent but it is the first I have smelt from Moschino and I truly love how fun and unique the product is as a whole.
Ferragamo’s Signorina in Fiore* ($68) fragrance is a beautiful perfume in a smaller sized bottle making it a more affordable gifting option than the other two perfumes I’ve featured in this post. Another beautiful scent that I can’t describe (the link has more details) I think this would be the ideal sister gift.
There are so many products that come to mind that I could suggest in this gift guide but these are some of the best limited edition Holiday releases available in Australia for Christmas 2018. I’m sure there’s the perfect gift for absolutely anyone to buy for!
Both of this year’s Gift Guides are female-focussed – I did an Instagram poll but found that most people weren’t interested in a gift guide for males (being that my site is beauty/lifestyle and mostly female focussed) but let me know if you’d want one for next year!
Some of these prices are not bad, especially the diffuser set. They are comparable to Walmart or Target’s prices, which is a great thing! Even though the futuristic perfume is a luxurious buy, I like the packaging of the bottle, and hopefully the smell is also quality, so that it will be totally worth it. Don’t know if it is either way or not, but would love to sample it someday.
Ahh I wish we had Walmart and US Target here it’s so much better. The perfume definitely smells amazing and lingers on the skin for ages , I love it.
definitely on board with a roller and good oil/serum! does wonders for the skin!
It sure does Tara, I am loving it lately !
Loving this gift guide!! I need that LV pouch maybe I can casually leave this page open for hubby lol!!
Hahaha do it ! Good luck x
I love personalized products! You can never go wrong there. Especially with women, anything monogrammed is a win, win!
Absolutely not, Amanda ! Truly one of the best gifts.
I’ve been seeing more of the Raww brand lately. I like that it’s a cruelty-free brand so I will check it out. Thanks for the gift idas.
It’s such a great brand and their products would make an amazing gift. X
i 100% agree about gifts that are customised and personalised like I feel like it just shows you put in a little more effort. A few of my presents have ended up being personalised and I have no regrets!!
xx Tash
You personalised mine to my tastes and loved and it was perfect so yes – no regrets!
