I thought it was about time that I shared with you some of the skincare products that I’m loving in these cooler months. For those who aren’t aware, I have combination skin – my nose is oily and the rest of my face is normal-dry. There have been a few key products I haven’t put down that I just had to share.
The Bioderma Hydrabio Moisturising Toner is one of my favourites and has been for a long time. A gentle toner, it adds a little hint of hydration and doesn’t dry out my skin or irritate it like other toners can. I go between this and their normal toner, but I always make sure to use this version in the cooler months.
The Go-To Skincare Zincredible* is my SPF of choice over the last few months. It doesn’t break me out which is wonderous in itself, and is so gentle and hydrating on the skin. Definitely my favourite product from the Go-To range.
The Cremorlab Mineral Treatment Essence* I’ve been using after toner and before serum, and I truly believe it’s helped stop any dry patches from appearing on my face throughout the cooler weather Hobart has had recently. I’ve been using this for about two months now and it is so gentle on the skin. It’s a pricier product but I am incredibly impressed with how it works.
I use the Tatcha Violet-C Brightening Serum* of an evening and my goodness I am impressed. Immediately after applying my skin is glowing and radiant, and I’ve noticed a difference after using it almost nightly over the last three months. I love Tatcha products and this is no exception.
The Skinstitut Moisture Defence Normal Skin* is a product I’ve been using morning and night and something I know I can rely on. Skinstitut products are gentle and work beautifully with my skin, and this moisturiser layers perfectly with other skincare and makeup products. I’ve been layering this with serum, SPF and oils depending on the time of day and it is truly a wonderful moisturiser that works with anything.
The Antipodes Hosanna H20 Intensive Skin Plumping Serum* I use of a morning before SPF/moisturiser. It’s a unique orange colour with an interesting scent, but it blends into clear on the face. It’s just an extra hint of hydration to get my skin successfully through the winter months.
The Drunk Elephant C-Tango Eye Cream I’ve discussed before on my blog, but I love for how brightening it is under the eye. It’s not the most moisturising eye cream I’ve used, but I do notice a difference when I use it and that’s more than enough for me. I’m currently using a sample, but will be purchasing the full size as soon as that has been used.
Lastly, we aren’t surprised that I wanted to share the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea with you. It has been my favourite facial spray for the longest time and it finishes off my skincare morning and night, and is a refresher for me on days that I’m home.
I’ve been loving the Mario Badescu spray as a toner at the moment! And that Tatcha Vitamin C serum is very high on my to try list!
Ooh I haven’t used it as a toner before but that sounds lovely !
