Becca Cosmetics are one of my absolute favourite brands for makeup. I thought it was about time that I cemented my love for the brand in a blog post, sharing with you my collection, swatches and my favourites from the brand!
Hands down, my favourite of these is Moonstone – the most complimentary shade to my complexion! I’m a huge fan too of Champagne Pop, however it can be a bit too dark for me. I rarely reach for Topaz and Rose Gold due to my skintone, however these are stunning on darker skintones and make amazing eyeshadows!
Swatches Bottom – Top: Rose Gold, Topaz, Champagne Pop, Opal, Moonstone, Pearl, Prosecco Pop (limited edition).
Liquid Products.
The Becca Backlight Priming Filter is something I reach for over anything else on days where my skin is looking a little dull and dry – this gives the skin the most gorgeous, healthy glow and I am such a big fan of it! The Liquid Shimmering Skin Perfectors are simply beautiful, they’re great to use as a liquid highlight or to mix in with foundation to give a subtle glow to the face.
Swatches Bottom – Top: Backlight Priming Filter, Liquid Moonstone, Liquid Opal.
Blushes.
I think their blush formula is phenomenal. I hardly touched my finger to the pan in these swatches, I’ve never experienced such a pigmented blush formula – a very light hand is needed with these products!
Swatches Bottom to Top: Nightingale, Wild Honey, Flowerchild, Amaretto (limited edition).
Becca Afterglow Palette.
I think this palette is the perfect gift to give someone who’s starting to get really into makeup – there is the perfect introduction to Becca’s Shimmering Skin Perfectors and Blushes. It’d also be really great for a freelance makeup artist to have in their kit.
Swatches Bottom to Top: Moonstone, Rose Gold, Topaz, Wild Honey, Flowerchild.
Eyes.
I was hesitant including the Becca Cosmetics x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Eye Palette due to the controversy and deletion of the product. (For those who aren’t aware, there were quality control issues with 70% of the palettes being poor quality and Becca deleted it from their line, so only those who picked it up pre-release were able to own it). I love mine, I got one of the good ones and really enjoy using it, and it is a part of my collection so something I wanted to share. I don’t often feature it anywhere on my account because it is no longer available, but I felt it important to share.
The Ultimate Full Lash Perfecting Mascara is an amazing mascara, one of the best I’ve ever used. It gave my lashes amazing length and volume, and didn’t flake off at all. It is a crazy expensive mascara, and as such I won’t be repurchasing once it is empty, but will have it on my Christmas/birthday wishlist in the hope of receiving it!
Swatches Bottom to Top: Chardonnay, Champagne Toast, Cordial, Cognac, Bordeaux (Champage Collection Eye Palette, discontinued).
And that’s my entire collection! Something I realised when taking photos for this post is that I haven’t tried their Poured Shimmering Skin Perfector formula, which is something I tend to rectify soon! Moonstone is definitely my favourite Becca product of all time, but there are so many amazing products that I own, and more that I want to try!
