7 Days in Lips | 5

It’s been a hot minute since I last shared with you a ‘7 Days in Lips’ post. I love rotating my lip products (especially because I have so many) and it’s about time I told you about my recent lip loves and what I’ve been reaching for over the last few months.

Saturday had me pulling out my Burt’s Bees Glossy Lipstick. I love this because it’s a light wash of nude on my lips and it’s comfortable to wear and very flattering.

Sunday was Glossier’s Balm dot Com. You’ll hear more about this balm more very soon but it’s a super thick hydrating product and perfect for running around makeup-free on the weekends.

Monday I used my favourite Tarte Rainforest of the Sea tinted lipbalm. I’ve been reaching for tinted balms and light washes of colour recently and this is so nourishing on the lips and so easy to reapply.

Tuesday is the Clarins Lip Comfort Oil in Raspberry. I’ve been living for these oils recently and have gone through at least half of the Honey version over the last two months. This barely gives any colour at all and is absolutely perfect for very minimal makeup days.

Wednesday I went for my favourite combo – the Essence Lip Liner in In the Nude and Mac Blankety Amplified Lipstick. This is my go-to for job interviews, meetings, skype calls, dinners – basically any ‘special’ occasion. These two are my absolute perfect nude combination and something I carry around with me always.

Thursday was the Sephora Collection Tan Lines Lipstick. A more browny-nude than the other shades featured, this is yet another beautifully creamy nude because I am nothing if not a creature of habit!

And Friday we had the Too Faced Melted Matte in Sugar Cookie*. I love Too Faced’s Melted Matte formula and Sugar Cookie is another beautiful and flattering nude. The formula lasts all day without drying out the lips yet it transfers slightly when eating but never completely leaves the lips. It’s a product I’m always intrigued about and something I know that I can rely on always.

Those clarins lip oils look so good, I’ve heard people rave about them so I need to pick up one.

Very lightly yes ! Just give like a little healthy glow – my current obsession.
